Complete PaymentWhitestone Partners LLC offers annual boat maintenance contracts covering ten (10) core services performed by our certified dealer network.
Your contract covers: Summer Prep, Impeller Service, Engine Oil Service, Fuel Filter Service, Transmission Oil Service, Outdrive Service, Shaft Alignment, Winterization, V-Drive Service, and Ballast Cartridge Service. Service eligibility is based on engine hours and seasonal requirements.
Not covered: misuse or neglect, accident damage, major parts replacement, non-listed services, commercial vessels, pre-existing conditions.
All covered services must be performed by a Whitestone Partners certified dealer.
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided at time of purchase.
Total liability shall not exceed the original contract price.
Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first; unresolved within 30 days proceed to binding arbitration.
